About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Accountant to join our team as a Public Sector Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients navigate the complexities of financial management in the public sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial management strategies for public sector clients
  • Analyze and optimize financial processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Provide expert advice on financial regulations and compliance
  • Collaborate with clients to identify and address financial challenges
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance financial skills and knowledge
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial management
Requirements
  • Relevant degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • Proven experience in financial management, preferably in the public sector
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in German and English
