Controller (m/w/d) - Financial Planning and Analysis

We are seeking a highly skilled Controller (m/w/d) to join our team at stewe HR Consulting. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients in the automotive industry with their financial planning and analysis needs.


About the Role
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements
  • Design and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on financial planning and analysis to clients and internal stakeholders
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field with a focus on finance or accounting
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
