As a Skilled Tradesperson (m/w/d), you will be responsible for performing inspection, maintenance, and repair work in the area of our managed gas technical facilities in the Meisterbereich Olpe near Siegen.
- Job with Impact: You will lead a team of technicians and be responsible for the coordination and acceptance of technical and commercial services.
- Leadership: In your role as Skilled Tradesperson (m/w/d), you will lead your team members professionally, guide them, and represent your supervisor in their absence. After successful onboarding, you will take over the leadership of a shift team.
- Attention to Detail: You will create and review work and operating plans with great care, record and check work permits, materials, and operating hours.
- Organized and Structured: You will be responsible for coordinating and accepting technical and commercial services.
- Availability: The necessary standby duty requires a residence within a maximum of 30 minutes' distance from the workplace in Olpe.
- Best Qualifications: You have successfully completed your training as a Mechatronician / Industrial Mechanician / Electronics Technician (m/w/d). Ideally, you already hold a qualification as an IHK Master or Technician (m/w/d) or will complete it in the near future.
- Practical Experience: You have in-depth knowledge and experience in the field of maintenance and ideally in leading teams. You have routine experience in working with common MS-Office products and ideally first experience in using SAP.
- Personal Qualities: Your strengths include a high level of motivation, a responsible, independent, and team-oriented basic attitude.
- Must-Have: You hold a valid Class B driving license.
- Physical Fitness: You are fit and will pass the respiratory fitness test according to G26 III during the recruitment examination.
