This is a remarkable opportunity to become part of a forward-thinking organization and make a significant impact in the global workforce landscape as a Lead Program Implementation Manager reporting to the General Manager of Technical Collaborations.

Key Responsibilities Take full ownership of the success of pivotal partnerships essential to the organization's growth. Gain extensive exposure both externally and internally across various functional domains. Drive product and service innovation swiftly in alignment with partner requirements. Collaborate in shaping the strategy and vision for the Embedded Solutions product. Engage with senior stakeholders while enjoying a high degree of autonomy. Daily Activities Provide direct support to the General Manager in developing and enhancing the Embedded Solutions product, ensuring it aligns with strategic goals. Create and manage the implementation timeline for Embedded Solutions partners, coordinating operational workflows in close partnership with the relevant teams. Oversee the planning, tracking, and execution of all project tasks throughout the partner onboarding and implementation journey, including but not limited to: Developing and managing the project schedule, leading regular meetings with operational leads to establish workflows not supported by integration, documenting and monitoring partner progress, and ensuring all requirements are fulfilled. Coordinate internal resources across various departments such as Product, Legal, Finance, Sales, Partnerships, Growth, Customer Experience, and Operations to ensure partner success. Collaborate closely with Product, Operations, and other teams to communicate the timing of deliverables necessary to keep partners on track and ensure timely project releases with high quality. Assist partner sales, support, and customer success teams in understanding product features and advantages. Communicate project plans, deployment progress, execution, and delivery using relevant reporting tools and dashboards; provide visibility on the status of all open issues, action items, dependencies, and timelines for deliverables. Manage the daily relationship with partners during the implementation phase, ensuring inquiries are directed to and resolved by the appropriate internal teams efficiently. Identify and assess project risks, coordinating with relevant teams to mitigate and resolve issues. Develop and implement strategies to enhance partner and customer satisfaction, achieve revenue objectives, and scale team operations in collaboration with Product, Engineering, Partnerships, Customer Experience, and Operations. Contribute to the creation of integration best practices, training materials, and internal and external resources. Collaborate with the General Manager, Partnerships, and Product Marketing to package implementation best practices and integrate these into the partner value proposition for future collaborations. Develop a clear and comprehensive implementation guide covering technical, go-to-market, and operational aspects in collaboration with the Partner Solution Architect. Maintain a thorough documentation system that organizes partner interactions, including FAQs, workflows, dependencies, and blockers. Collaborate with other teams to populate the partner knowledge base and portal. Qualifications Proven experience in project management, implementations, or professional services within the HR technology, financial technology, or software/technology sectors. A strong track record in managing long-term relationships with partners and clients. Exceptional organizational abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to manage and complete multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, fostering a productive and cooperative atmosphere. Quick learner with the ability to understand complex issues, analyze root causes and solution options, and effectively communicate these to partners and internal teams. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations. Experience in B2B SaaS technology partnerships is preferred. Practical Information Reporting to: General Manager, Technical Collaborations Work Environment: Must be able to collaborate with external stakeholders across various time zones.
