Role Overview:
We are seeking an Implementation Project Leader to work remotely in Germany, collaborating closely with our customers. This position involves travel to customer sites as needed.
The successful candidate will oversee the implementation of AMCS business solutions, engaging with both customers and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the successful end-to-end delivery of software implementation projects using the AMCS solution set.
- Manage all aspects of project management, including scope definition, risk management, adaptable scheduling, resource management, and thorough documentation.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet defined goals, utilizing strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Provide regular updates to management and customers as required.
- Monitor project and resource data to maintain compliance with established standards and methodologies.
- Address issues promptly and tactfully, facilitating resolution internally and with clients.
- Ensure comprehensive documentation of all projects.
- Engage in scoping and requirements gathering for new and existing projects.
- Lead the project implementation team effectively.
- Clearly articulate customer requirements to the project delivery and software development teams.
- Possess a working knowledge of SQL and the Microsoft technology stack, including business intelligence.
- Be willing to travel to customer sites and local offices as necessary.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Studies.
- Over 5 years of project management experience, with fluency in both German and English.
- Industry-recognized project management qualification.
- Experience delivering projects using SQL Server and Microsoft technologies.
- Practical knowledge of databases, Microsoft SQL Server, and managing hosted solutions.
- Understanding of software engineering principles.
