About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Treasury Manager to join our team at adidas. As a key member of our Corporate Treasury team, you will be responsible for managing the company's liquidity, solvency, and financial market risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze cash flow forecasts of selected group entities to identify potential funding needs and liquidity situations.
- Analyze and select the most suitable funding instruments to meet the company's financial needs.
- Arrange funding for subsidiaries through external and intercompany loans, intercompany payment terms, and netting balances.
- Review and negotiate financing documentation with banks and provide input on external financing and bank guarantees.
- Manage the process of issuing bank and parental guarantees, including reviewing and negotiating relevant documentation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with core banking partners, respond to KYC inquiries, and support funding and business discussions.
- Support processes, tasks, and projects related to Corporate Treasury, including the implementation of Treasury digitization initiatives.
- Manage medium-sized projects and actively participate in projects, implementing findings and ensuring sustainability of achievements.
- Design and implement state-of-the-art analytic tools and KPIs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in Corporate Treasury and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage and execute reporting and ad-hoc analysis, ensuring smooth operation of the business.
- Provide expertise and support to team members and business partners on assigned functional areas and systems.
- Enable fact-based decision-making by creating transparency on forecasts.
- Ensure adherence to M1 Treasury Policy.

Requirements:
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Controlling, or equivalent background in related fields.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of working experience in related fields.
- CFA level 1 or equivalent skills.
- Strong treasury systems expertise.
- Business fluency in English (written and spoken).
