Guest Relations Manager & Manager on Duty

At Marriott International, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Relations Manager & Manager on Duty to join our team at the Munich Marriott City West. As a key member of our hotel team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that our hotel meets the highest standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Manage and resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Conduct daily safety tours and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with guests and hotel staff
  • Monitor and analyze guest feedback and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in a hotel or hospitality setting
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong knowledge of hotel operations and guest services
  • Fluency in German and English
