Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Career Transition: Entry-Level Professional for Construction Site Safety at DB Fahrwegdienste GmbH. This is a unique opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safety of all personnel working in the track area by providing effective security measures and protocols.
  • Act as a liaison between the operations team, security personnel, and management to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Develop and implement safety procedures and protocols to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to develop and implement safety training programs for personnel.
  • Provide support and guidance to junior staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties safely and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 21 years old and a high school diploma or higher.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in German language (written and spoken).
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle (desirable).
