Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Intern Talent Acquisition. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing the recruitment process for interns and working students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between departments and applicants, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Develop and post job advertisements on various online channels, showcasing your creativity and flair.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and manage applicant data in our applicant management system.
  • Take ownership of the recruiting mailbox, ensuring timely and efficient communication with applicants.
  • Independently manage the recruitment process for interns and working students, from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Represent our company at recruiting events, showcasing your excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
  • Enrolled in a university for economics, sociology, psychology, or a comparable field.
  • Practical experience in human resources is a plus.
  • High willingness to learn, perform, and take on new challenges.
  • Self-confident appearance, strong organizational skills, and ability to maintain an overview in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable, independent, and structured work style.
  • Excellent German and good English language skills.
