Position Overview
As a Senior C/C++ Software Security Specialist at Cinemo, you will collaborate with our development teams to ensure the secure creation of our software components. Your role will also involve undertaking development tasks aimed at enhancing our security features and Digital Rights Management capabilities. You will be an integral part of the Security Team, working in close partnership with our engineering teams across various locations.Key Responsibilities:
Offer guidance on security practices throughout the software development lifecycle Conduct threat modeling and risk evaluations for software components Communicate identified risks and lead the execution of mitigation strategies Design, develop, and maintain security-focused software components and Digital Rights Management solutions using C/C++ within an embedded Linux framework Stay informed about the latest security threats and industry solutionsQualifications for Success:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline Demonstrated experience in software security analysis, including TARA and vulnerability assessments Proven track record as a C/C++ developer within the security domain, particularly for embedded Linux systems Strong understanding of encryption concepts, standards, and (network) protocols such as Public Key Systems, AES, SSL/TLS, and JWT/JWK Experience with the integration of Content Protection / DRM systems (e.g., Widevine, PlayReady, FairPlay) and Trusted Execution Environments (TEE) is advantageous-
