Position Overview
As a (Senior) Software Security Engineer specializing in C/C++, you will collaborate with our development teams to ensure the secure development of our software components. Your responsibilities will also include engaging in development tasks aimed at enhancing our security features and Digital Rights Management capabilities. In this position, you will be an integral part of the Security Team, working in close partnership with our engineering teams.Key Responsibilities:
Offer guidance on security practices throughout the entire software development lifecycle Conduct threat assessments and risk evaluations for software components Discuss identified vulnerabilities and lead the implementation of mitigation strategies Design, develop, and sustain software components focused on security and Digital Rights Management utilizing C/C++ within an embedded Linux environment Stay informed about the latest security threats and industry solutionsQualifications for Success:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, cybersecurity, or a related discipline Demonstrated experience in software security analysis (TARA, vulnerability assessments, etc.) Proven track record as a C/C++ developer in the security domain, particularly for embedded Linux platforms Solid understanding of encryption concepts, standards, and (network) protocols (e.g., Public Key Systems, AES, SSL/TLS, X., JWT/JWK) Experience with the integration of Content Protection / DRM systems (Widevine, PlayReady, FairPlay), including the use of Trusted Execution Environments (TEE) is advantageous-
