C/C++ Software Security Specialist

As a **(Senior) Software Security Engineer specializing in C/C++**, you will play a crucial role in assisting our development teams to ensure the secure development of our software components. This position involves engaging in development tasks aimed at enhancing our security and Digital Rights Management capabilities. You will be an integral part of the Security Team, collaborating closely with engineering teams located in Budapest and Germany.
Key Responsibilities:- Offer guidance on security throughout the entire software development lifecycle.
- Conduct threat analysis and risk assessments for various software components.
- Collaborate on identified risks and spearhead the implementation of effective countermeasures.
- Design, develop, and maintain software components focused on security and Digital Rights Management utilizing C/C++ within an embedded Linux environment.
- Stay informed about current security threats and industry solutions.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in software security analysis, including TARA and vulnerability assessments.
- Proven background as a C/C++ developer within the security domain, particularly for embedded Linux platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of encryption concepts, standards, and protocols (e.g., Public Key Systems, AES, HTTPS, SSL/TLS, X.509, JWT/JWK).
- Experience with the integration of Content Protection / DRM systems (such as Widevine, PlayReady, FairPlay), particularly through Trusted Execution Environments (TEE), is advantageous.
