Are you passionate about sales and enjoy being in the field close to clients? We are looking for a dedicated Sales Executive (x/f/m) to join our team in the East Westphalia and Münsterland region.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to contract signing.
  • Take significant responsibility for our revenue (MRR) and activities, driving growth in your region.
  • Independently acquire healthcare professionals, acting as a consultant to analyze and understand their needs and challenges, thereby creating real value with our product.
  • Regularly track your sales reporting and forecasting using Salesforce to measure your success.

You could be our next team member if:

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in sales or field service, ideally in B2B solutions.
  • You possess excellent hunting and pitching skills.
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset, are results-oriented, and have outstanding communication abilities.
  • You speak German at a native level.

Additionally, we find the following experiences particularly interesting:

  • You have gained initial experience in the healthcare or e-health sector.

The Interview Process

  • Interview with your Talent Partner (remote - 45 minutes).
  • Interview with the Hiring Manager and Team Lead from the department (remote - 60 minutes).
  • DoctoDay - spend a day with your future team to gain initial insights into the role of Sales Executive.
  • At least one reference check.
