Senior Visual Designer

Key Responsibilities:


• Spearhead and manage design initiatives, offering creative guidance and support to junior design team members.

• Maintain high standards of design quality and consistency across all deliverables.

• Produce visually engaging designs for a variety of platforms including digital, print, web, and social media.

• Conceptualize graphics and layouts that are in line with project objectives and brand standards.

• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and content teams to gather project requirements and deliver designs that fulfill business goals.

• Work with external partners and agencies as needed.

• Update and refine brand guidelines, ensuring all design outputs comply with established standards and reflect the company's visual identity.

• Keep abreast of current design trends, tools, and technologies, contributing innovative ideas and fresh perspectives to design projects.

• Oversee multiple design projects concurrently, prioritize tasks effectively, meet deadlines, and ensure a smooth workflow. Provide regular updates on project status to stakeholders.

Qualifications:


• At least 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, with proven leadership abilities and a robust portfolio showcasing diverse design work across various mediums.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related discipline.

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or other design software. Strong grasp of typography, color theory, and layout principles.

• Outstanding creative thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to devise and implement innovative design solutions.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and team members.

• Keen attention to detail and a dedication to producing high-quality work. Proficient in reviewing and critiquing design outputs effectively.

• Ability to collaborate in a team setting and lead projects with minimal oversight.

• Proficient in English; knowledge of German is an advantage.
