Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and manage design initiatives, offering creative guidance and support to junior team members.

• Ensure uniformity and high standards in design quality across all deliverables.

• Produce visually engaging designs for a variety of platforms including digital, print, web, and social media.

• Conceptualize graphics and layouts that align with project objectives and brand standards.

• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and content teams to grasp project needs and deliver designs that fulfill business goals.

• Work in partnership with external vendors and agencies as required.

• Uphold and refine brand guidelines, ensuring all design outputs comply with established criteria and reflect the company's visual identity.

• Keep abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, introducing innovative ideas and approaches to design tasks.

• Oversee multiple design projects concurrently, prioritize assignments, meet deadlines, and ensure a smooth workflow. Provide regular updates on project status to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, with proven leadership abilities and a robust portfolio demonstrating a variety of design work across different formats.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related discipline.

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or other design software. Strong grasp of typography, color theory, and layout principles.

• Outstanding creative thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to envision and implement innovative design solutions.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficient in articulating design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and team members.

• Strong attention to detail and a dedication to delivering high-quality work. Ability to review and critique design outputs effectively.

• Capacity to work collaboratively in a team setting and lead projects with minimal oversight.

• Proficient in English; knowledge of German is an advantage.
