Lead Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:


• Direct and manage design initiatives, offering creative guidance and support to junior team members.

• Maintain high standards of design quality and consistency across all deliverables.

• Produce visually engaging designs for a variety of platforms including digital, print, web, and social media.

• Conceptualize and develop graphics and layouts that align with project objectives and brand standards.

• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and content teams to grasp project needs and create designs that fulfill business goals.

• Partner with external vendors and agencies as required.

• Update and refine brand guidelines, ensuring all design outputs are in line with established visual identity.

• Keep abreast of current design trends, tools, and technologies, introducing innovative ideas and methodologies to design projects.

• Oversee multiple design projects concurrently, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and ensure a smooth workflow. Provide regular project updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications:


• At least 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, with strong leadership capabilities and a robust portfolio demonstrating a variety of design work across multiple formats.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related discipline.

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or other design software. Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.

• Outstanding creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Capacity to conceptualize and implement innovative design solutions.

• Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to convey design concepts and reasoning to stakeholders and team members effectively.

• Keen attention to detail and a dedication to producing high-quality work. Competence in reviewing and providing constructive feedback on design work.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and lead projects with minimal oversight.

• Proficiency in English; knowledge of German is advantageous.
