About the RoleAs a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for building and managing your own pipeline of enterprise clients, leveraging all available resources to drive sales growth and revenue. You will work closely with our Pre-Sales team, DMs, and Sales to shorten the time to take prospects to the buying window. Your goal will be to help prospects achieve their goals while developing and maintaining a deep understanding of both our product/services and the buyer persona's specific needs.
Responsibilities- Build and manage your own pipeline of enterprise clients
- Lead generation and scheduling introduction meetings with prospects
- Qualify leads through an extensive STX Next discovery process
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Overall management of the pre-sales relationship with prospects
- Plan and define activities to reach individual and team KPIs
- Lead business trips to visit prospective clients and attend conferences
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of both our product/services and the buyer persona's specific needs
- At least 3+ years of proven and successful data-driven lead generation and sales results in IT services and/or products
- Proven track record of successfully acquiring clients from SMB/Corporate sectors
- Proactive approach to responsibilities

- Flexibility and willingness to take ownership of diversified projects within the Sales Department
