Job Title: Sustainability Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sustainability Manager to join our team at Ziehm Imaging. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive sustainability strategy that aligns with our company's values and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Sustainability Strategy: Create and execute a sustainability strategy that encompasses environmental, social, and economic aspects, ensuring alignment with our company's mission and vision.
  • Ensure Operational Excellence: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our operations and products meet the highest standards of environmental compatibility, social responsibility, and economic profitability.
  • Environmental Management System: Plan, maintain, and improve our environmental management system to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Sustainability Reporting and Communication: Coordinate the development and dissemination of sustainability reports and communication materials to stakeholders, including investors, customers, and employees.
  • Sustainable Procurement and Supplier Relationships: Establish guidelines and protocols for sustainable procurement and supplier relationships, ensuring that our supply chain is aligned with our sustainability goals.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement and implement innovative technologies and practices to enhance our sustainability performance.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree in Environmental Sciences, Sustainability Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in sustainability management, preferably in the Medical Technology or Life Science industry.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of environmental standards like ISO 14001, excellent communication and presentation skills, analytical ability, and project management skills.
