Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Physiotherapy department, managing a team of approximately 10 professionals
- Coordinate organizational activities and administrative duties
- Enhance operational processes and improve workflows
- Conduct various therapeutic techniques including manual therapies, lymphatic drainage, and CNS motor rehabilitation (utilizing Bobath and PNF methods)
- Participate in the creation and execution of progressive therapy strategies
- Engage in both outpatient and inpatient care as part of multidisciplinary teams
Qualifications:
- Formal education and certification as a Physiotherapist
- Compassionate and respectful approach, exhibiting a friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong emotional resilience in dealing with patients facing psychiatric and intellectual challenges
- Experience with mentally ill individuals and those with intellectual disabilities is preferred
- Willingness to work weekends and late afternoon shifts in the outpatient setting
