Logistics Team Lead

We are seeking a Logistics Team Lead to support our warehouse teams in Schkeuditz, Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a returns team, ensuring the smooth running of logistics processes, and participating in logistics projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical leadership of a returns team
  • Ensuring logistics processes are coordinated and monitored
  • Active participation in logistics projects and process optimization
  • Ensuring day-to-day business in compliance with KPIs and service levels
  • Organization of employee onboarding and training
  • General support of the Division Manager and conducting team meetings
  • Responsibility for workplace safety, cleanliness, and orderliness

Requirements:

  • Completed education in logistics, trade, or a comparable field
  • Two years of experience in managing employees is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of German and English
  • Assertiveness, communication skills, and diplomatic skills
  • Independent working style, high sense of responsibility, and organizational skills
  • Good PC skills and experience in working with ERP systems
  • Willingness to work shifts and Saturdays
