Logistics Team Lead

Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Team Lead to join our team at Mytheresa. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for leading a team of warehouse staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of warehouse staff and provide guidance and support to ensure the efficient operation of logistics processes.
  • Coordinate and monitor logistics processes to ensure compliance with defined KPIs and service levels.
  • Participate in logistics projects and contribute to the continuous optimization of work and process flows.
  • Ensure day-to-day business operations are conducted in accordance with defined standards and procedures.
  • Organize employee onboarding and monitor training status to ensure team members are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
  • Provide general support to the Division Manager and conduct shift meetings, team meetings, and feedback sessions to promote a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and orderliness, and report any issues or concerns to management.

Requirements:

  • Completed education in a relevant field, such as logistics, trade, or a comparable field.
  • Two years of experience in managing employees is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of German and English.
  • Assertiveness, communication skills, and diplomatic skills.
  • Independent working style, high sense of responsibility, and organizational skills.
  • Good PC skills (MS Office) and experience in working with ERP systems.
  • Willingness to work shifts and Saturdays.
