Liquidity Management Specialist

PHOENIX Pharma SE is on the lookout for a Senior Treasury Specialist (m/w/d) to become a vital part of our Group Treasury division located at our headquarters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compiling and assessing liquidity forecasts for the entire PHOENIX group
  • Overseeing company-wide cash management systems
  • Establishing and integrating banking relationships, managing account permissions
  • Acquiring and validating year-end balance confirmations
  • Managing and improving the Treasury Management System Coupa
  • Facilitating Know-Your-Customer documentation requests
  • Administering German ABS/Factoring programs and monitoring overall corporate programs
  • Acting as a liaison for subsidiaries and financing partners
  • Preparing Treasury reports and information for management and board review
  • Documenting and assessing financial instruments for accounting purposes
  • Ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and financing documentation
  • Contributing to the automation and digital transformation of Treasury operations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, ideally with a concentration in Finance or Banking
  • Prior experience in Treasury, including internships or part-time roles
  • Proficient IT skills, with strong knowledge of MS Office; experience with Treasury Management Systems and Power BI is advantageous
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to work collaboratively, independently, and with a results-oriented approach
