Welcome to BAUHAUS Service Center Deutschland, where we are committed to delivering exceptional service to our customers. As an IT Specialist Mobile Device Management, you will play a critical role in supporting our mobile device infrastructure and ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Infrastructure Management: Support, maintain, and document the infrastructure for mobile devices (iOS / Android) in the BAUHAUS System landscape.
  • Concept Development: Work with colleagues to develop concepts for the advancement of Mobile Device Management and the mobile device strategy.
  • Device Management: Manage and maintain Mobile Device Management (MS Intune / SOTI Mobi Control) and mobile devices (iOS / Android).
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to plan internal mobile applications and oversee their development and deployment.


Requirements

  • Education: Completed training as an IT Specialist (Application Development or System Integration) or a similar qualification.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of mobile operating systems in a corporate environment.
  • Experience: Experience in managing mobile devices is a plus.
  • Desirable Skills: Basic understanding of Unix (CentOS / Debian) and container management is desirable.
  • Personal Qualities: Team player with strong conceptual thinking, service orientation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in German and good command of English.

This position is available in full-time (40 hours per week) or part-time (minimum 35 hours per week).
