Director of Transformation Initiatives

Position: Head of Transformation & PMO

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the management team to coordinate and guide the central PMO of the P&C group, concentrating on strategic transformation initiatives.
  • Deliver regular updates to management regarding project status, advancements, upcoming actions, and potential risks.
  • Track progress on essential dependencies and timelines.
  • Collaborate with central controlling for budget and liquidity management.
  • Organize and follow up on meetings with stakeholders, executives, and department leaders.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement and change management processes.
  • Oversee various consulting service providers.
  • Assist in streamlining processes for possible automation opportunities.
  • Ensure effective knowledge management within the PMO.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing international projects, ideally within the fashion retail or consulting sectors.
  • Familiarity with both agile and traditional project management methodologies and tools.
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution of cross-functional transformation initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual abilities, coupled with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage with various management levels.
  • Capacity to adapt to unforeseen changes and communicate effectively at the executive level.
  • Demonstrated integrity, initiative, agility, problem-solving capabilities, and a structured approach to work.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in both German and English.
