Job Title: Senior Engineering Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineering Project Manager to join our team at Willcox Matthews. As a key member of our Industrial Engineering department, you will be responsible for managing engineering projects from development to commissioning and start-up.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage industrial engineering projects to ensure maximum operational efficiency and lowest possible cost while controlling quality.
  • Develop and implement the Capital Plan, taking into consideration the EMEA strategy and local needs.
  • Prepare investment plans and ensure compliance with company Finance and EHS guidelines.
  • Lead the technical development, including basic and detailed engineering, and ensure compliance with EHS requirements.
  • Coordinate scheduling and resources assignment, and lead works on field until commissioning.
  • Monitor and control material and service purchasing in the Industrial Engineering department.
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal regulations regarding Occupational safety and environmental protection.
Requirements:
  • Degree in process, mechanical, or electrical engineering or similar.
  • Management skills and experience in automotive engineering.
  • Business fluent written and spoken English and German.
