Job Title: Marketing Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Lead to join our team and help us achieve our business vision. As a Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives growth, engagement, and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives
  • Build and maintain a strong brand identity and positioning in the remote work and workation market
  • Craft clear and impactful messaging that resonates with our target audience
  • Define and implement a strategic plan for entering the market, including identifying key segments, positioning, and competitive analysis
  • Work with the founding team to develop and articulate a compelling marketing vision for our product and platform
Requirements:
  • Work experience in a startup environment is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, CRM tools, and data analysis
  • Strong writing and communication skills for creating compelling content
  • Ability to manage public relations and build relationships with media and influencers
  • Hands-on skills in design, video, text, and picture production is a big plus
