Human Resources Assistant to the Board

As a Vorstandsassistent Human Resources, you will play a central role in supporting the ERGO Group Management in their strategic and operational decisions. Your expertise will be crucial in providing data-driven insights and recommendations to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and present data analyses and business reports to inform decision-making
- Prepare and coordinate meetings, events, and presentations for the ERGO Group Management
- Conduct research and provide recommendations on HR-related topics
- Support the ERGO Group Management in their HR-related tasks and projects
- Collaborate with the ERGO Group team to develop and implement HR strategies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools
- Relevant education in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
