IT Security Manager
Become a vital part of our organization and contribute to the advancement of IT Security. We are seeking a dedicated professional to assist our clients in enhancing their IT Security frameworks through cutting-edge technologies, while addressing potential threats and compliance obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a team of Security Advisors to craft and execute customized Security Strategies for clients.
- Guide clients in establishing and expanding their Security Operations Center, selecting appropriate service providers, and aiding in the technical execution.
- Design secure Cloud infrastructures for various platforms, processes, and business models.
- Implement and refine strategies and procedures in Identity and Access Management.
- Serve as the primary liaison for clients, manage projects and teams, and showcase the team's contributions in client discussions.
- Engage in business growth initiatives, develop marketing materials, build teams, and lead personnel development.
Candidate Profile:
- Possess a degree in (Business) Informatics, IT Security, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrate substantial experience in IT Security or IT Security Consulting.
- Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of Cyber Security and experience in integrating organizational, regulatory, and technical IT Security aspects.
- Specialize in Security Monitoring, Identity and Access Management, Cloud Security, or IT Security Architecture.
- Familiarity with frameworks such as MitreAttack, CIS, NIST/ISO Security Requirements, etc.
- Hold certifications like CISSP, CISM, or equivalent.
- Possess strong project management capabilities and fluency in both German and English.
- Exhibit flexibility and a willingness to travel as needed.
