In the rapidly changing landscape of finance, adapting to evolving customer needs and technological advancements is crucial. Our internal IT audit division is integral to this mission. As an IT Audit Manager, you will engage with innovative and diverse subjects, from cloud solutions and robotic process automation to cybersecurity and IT systems governance. This role offers a stimulating and responsible opportunity to utilize your expertise and contribute to the bank's security posture.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead independent IT audits within a collaborative team of five auditors, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.
- Depending on the audit's nature, take charge as the audit lead, execute operational audit tasks, or participate as a team member in both standalone and integrated audits.
- Oversee the complete audit lifecycle, from planning and execution to reporting and follow-up actions.
- Explore and implement new methodologies in IT auditing and information security, aligning with future industry requirements.
- Provide advisory services to various departments and international branches on IT regulatory matters, including information security, outsourcing, artificial intelligence, robotic process automation, and cloud technologies.
- Contribute to the evolution of IT audit practices and engage in national and international supervisory topics through technical seminars and team collaboration.
- A degree in computer science, business informatics, engineering, natural sciences, economics, or a related field.
- Demonstrated professional experience in internal auditing, particularly in IT audit and compliance.
- Proficiency in at least one of the following domains: information security, cybersecurity, ITIL processes, SAP, Unix, Linux, identity access management, network infrastructure, or cloud services, preferably within banking or financial services.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards governing IT processes in the banking sector.
- Preferred certifications include Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or a commitment to pursue these certifications while employed.
