About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our Category Purchasing team in strategic and operational tasks. As a Global Category Management Intern, you will work in a global environment, primarily in English, and contribute to the success of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Category Purchasing in strategic and operational tasks, including contract management, raw material price data maintenance, and negotiation preparation with suppliers.
- Participate in strategic supplier meetings and utilize Microsoft Office and purchasing-specific software tools.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree student in business administration, industrial engineering, or equivalent.
- Strong motivation, desire to work in a team, and take on joint responsibility.
- Result-oriented work style and interest in the automotive industry.
- Confident handling of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SAP desirable.
- Ability to familiarize yourself with new topics independently and excellent communication skills in German and English.
