Job Description

Renesas is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Account Manager (Graduate) for our IoT and Infrastructure Group, responsible for managing accounts in Baden Württemberg, Germany.

In this position, you will enhance Renesas revenues by engaging with a designated set of regional clients in Germany (specifically in the South and West) while leveraging a diverse product portfolio that includes Analog, Power, and Embedded Processing solutions. You will interact with clients directly and through Renesas distribution partners.

As a Sales Account Manager, you will serve as the vital link between your clients and various internal business units, representing the voice of the customer. Your primary objective will be to secure new business through proactive engagement with clients and addressing their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Quickly familiarize yourself with the Renesas product offerings Professionally engage with clients to comprehend their technical requirements and challenges Identify and pursue new design opportunities with key clients Collaborate effectively with the FAE team, marketing, distribution partners, and product engineers to determine optimal solutions for clients Acquire the skills necessary to accurately monitor and predict revenue Build and nurture relationships across a diverse client base Expand the sales pipeline and increase revenue Qualifications:
Up to two years of relevant experience, or recent Graduates. Degree in Engineering - ideally in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Mechatronics Strong motivation to pursue a career in Sales within the Semiconductor sector Initial experience in Sales Engineering, Account Management, or Field Application Engineering through internships Familiarity with semiconductors, particularly in MCU, SoC, Analog & Power devices is advantageous Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset Responsibility for all tasks associated with the Sales role Clear and timely communication and reporting Proficiency in English and German Competence in MS-Office applications Valid Driver's License is required Willingness to travel.
