About the Opportunity

Wind River is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our European Industrial Sales Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for engaging with senior management at Telco customers in Germany, building long-term partnerships, and driving revenue growth through the sale of Wind River solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect, qualify, sell, and close new business with existing and net new Telco customers in Germany.
  • Develop and execute effective account plans to ensure revenue target delivery and sustainable growth.
  • Establish strong relationships with C-level executives and internal stakeholders to drive strategy and growth.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to remain a trusted advisor to our customers.
  • Lead designated territory, including accounts, account relationships, prospect profiling, and sales cycles.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive business plans to address customer and prospect priorities and pain points.
About You

We are looking for a seasoned sales professional with 7+ years of quota-bearing sales experience, ideally selling into Product Management and/or Engineering organizations. You should have a proven track record of success using a consultative, solutions/value-oriented sales approach and team selling environment. Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills are essential. If you are a self-motivated individual who can work well on your own or in a team, we encourage you to apply.
