Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Engineering project team 300mm, ensuring compliance with time and cost schedules, and deploying resources effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Engineering project team 300mm, ensuring successful project delivery
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and prioritization
  • Monitor and report project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Coordinate product transfer from 200mm to 300mm, ensuring minimal disruption to production
  • Develop and implement technical and structural preparatory work for production ramp-up
  • Collaborate with other 300mm project groups and 200mm groups to achieve project objectives

Requirements

  • Graduate degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Material Sciences, or equivalent, with a focus on semiconductor technology/physics or microelectronics
  • Proven experience in project management and supervising employees
  • Professional experience in semiconductor manufacturing, preferably in the 300mm environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Fluent in English and German, both spoken and written
  • Hands-on mentality, independent, and solution-oriented, with analytical thinking and quality awareness
