Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Building Law Specialist to join our team at Gebäudemanagement Schleswig-Holstein AöR. As a key member of our Public Building Law department, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with building regulations and laws.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice to colleagues on building law and regulations
  • Conduct thorough reviews of building plans and projects to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
  • Coordinate and oversee building permit applications and approvals
  • Conduct site inspections and assessments to identify potential building code violations
  • Develop and implement building safety plans and protocols
  • Collaborate with external experts and stakeholders to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
  • Prepare and submit reports and recommendations to management and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience in building law and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in German language
