About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver / Healthcare Assistant to join our team at CBT - Caritas- Betriebsführungs- und Trägergesellschaft GmbH. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide basic care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and mobility.
  • Implement individualized care plans, working closely with the healthcare team to ensure residents receive the best possible care.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide a safe and supportive environment for residents.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; nursing or healthcare experience an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on resident-centered care.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
