Position Overview: turfcoach is seeking a Backend Team Lead who possesses exceptional coding skills. In this role, you will guide our technical team through complex challenges while ensuring our technological objectives align with our overarching vision.
Key ResponsibilitiesYour Role Includes:
- Leading and mentoring a focused team of developers
- Overseeing the development and upkeep of backend systems
- Designing and implementing solutions tailored to our product requirements
- Maintaining high standards of code quality and implementing best practices in CI/CD
Our Technology Stack:
- Backend: Python, FastAPI, Pydantic, MongoDB
- Frontend: TypeScript
- Infrastructure: Heroku
