Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team of around 10 field sales professionals.
  • Provide coaching and support during client interactions.

  • Devise and execute strategies to enhance sales performance in your territory.
  • Onboard and mentor new team members to help them excel.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in leading a sales team along with completion of a relevant professional training program.
  • Extensive sales experience with thorough knowledge of the market and industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, enthusiasm, and a commitment to achieving excellence for both yourself and your team.
  • High degree of accountability, adaptability, and assertiveness.
  • Willingness to travel within your designated area and possess a valid Class B driver's license.
