Job Opportunity: Event Coordinator at Reservix GmbHAbout the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Event Coordinator to join our team at Reservix GmbH. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with theater and concert venue organizers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ticket Distribution and Optimization: Analyze and optimize ticket distribution with organizers, utilizing your expertise and passion for the industry.
  • Customer Support and Training: Assist organizers in using ticketing systems and product portfolios, and provide support through implementation and training.
  • Business Development: Introduce new customers to Reservix and provide tailored solutions to meet their ticketing needs.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and provide exceptional service.
Requirements:
  • Education and Experience: Degree in Media Studies, Communication Sciences, or Economics, or relevant work experience.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and possibly Google Workspace.
  • Additional Assets: Excellent communication, organizational skills, and a driver's license are highly valued.
