Ihre Aufgaben
  • Verlässlicher Ansprechpartner für Gäste während Konferenzen und Veranstaltungen
  • Einrichten und Überwachen von Veranstaltungsräumen sowie Betreuung von Pausen
  • Beratung der Gäste mit Ihren lokalen Kenntnissen
  • Verantwortung für eine reibungslose Durchführung von Veranstaltungen von Anfang bis Ende
  • Schaffung eines herausragenden Erlebnisses für die Teilnehmer
Ihr Profil
  • Bevorzugt Kandidaten aus der zweiten Reihe mit internationaler Erfahrung
  • Motivation und Engagement sind wichtiger als bisherige Qualifikationen
  • Freundlichkeit und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Leidenschaftlicher Gastgeber
  • Zuverlässigkeit und selbstständiges Arbeiten
