Your New Role...

Sitting as part of Warner Bros. Discovery's Theatrical Distribution team, this role will be responsible for Sales Coordination as well as the budgeting, planning and executing of all internal and external events (including premieres, awards as well as trade fairs).

Your Role Accountabilities...
  • Invoicing management (SAP, GEMA, BU-Coding and PO maintenance)
  • Hamburg Office coordination for Amex Credit Cards and Public Transportation (DB and HVV Tickets)
  • Budget and operational responsibility for all event related tasks: venue, catering, guest management, talent travel and logistics:
  • Liaise with potential third party event sponsors, e g consumer goods, media partners or similar
  • Work closely with Publicity & Marketing, and Trade Marketing department on event plans and execution
  • Documentation and analysis of event management tools, agencies and budgets to continually optimize costs and logistics
  • Assistant to SVP Theatrical Distribution GSA
  • Other duties as required
Qualifications & Experience...
  • Professional degree or at least 5+ yrs. of professional work experience within a multinational cooperation
  • Proven track record in event planning management
  • German & English fluency skills, written and verbal
  • Able to bring a team of internal and external members together in one task
  • People skills, leadership skills
  • Solution-oriented way of working
  • High degree of accuracy
  • Good MS Office skills (especially Excel)
  • Must be able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
