About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to join our team at tink GmbH. As a key member of our Sales Operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales efforts and driving business growth.


Key Responsibilities
  • Support Sales Operations: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data analysis, reporting, and process improvement.
  • Market Price Analysis: Conduct thorough market price analyses for various stores and countries to inform pricing strategies.
  • Commercial Conditions Management: Manage and record commercial conditions data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Pricing Strategy Implementation: Collaborate with the sales team to implement pricing strategies and ensure seamless execution.
  • Margin Control: Monitor and control margins for all shops, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Commercial Analysis: Conduct in-depth commercial analyses for new brands and products, providing actionable insights.
  • Price Monitoring and Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize prices to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
  • Commercial Conditions Implementation: Implement commercial conditions in our pricing tool, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Generate reports and overviews for various stakeholders, providing valuable insights and recommendations.

Requirements
  • Education: Currently enrolled in a German University for at least one more year.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and familiar with marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Soft Skills: Results-driven, proactive, analytical thinker, team player, reliable, structured, and diligent.
  • Language Skills: Business proficiency in English (C1), proficiency in German (B2).
  • Availability: 20 hours per week available for this role.
