About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst Intern to join our Supply Chain Management team at Olympus. As a Data Analyst Intern, you will play a key role in analyzing, planning, and optimizing our Europe-wide asset management and supply chain of medical demonstration devices.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to visualize data and communicate findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data from various source systems and design reports
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in our supply chain and develop measures to improve processes
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in economics, business informatics, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working with data and statistical software
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence tools is a plus
- Fluency in German (min C1) and English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills
