Job Title: Data Analyst & Automation Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Analyst & Automation Manager to join our team at Bishop GmbH. As a key member of our Supply Chain department, you will be responsible for analyzing and providing relevant data to support decision-making, ensuring data availability and compliance in our Data Analytics & Process Mining platforms, and applying data mesh principles to ensure Supply Management data availability and compliance.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the purchase department in decision-making by analyzing and providing relevant data, as well as applying project management processes, methods, and tools.
  • Ensure Supply Management data availability and compliance in Data Analytics & Process Mining platforms.
  • Apply data mesh principles to ensure Supply Management data availability and compliance.
  • Take ownership of Supply Management data products.
  • Create and maintain Supply Management dashboards in our Data Analytics platforms.
  • Lead and deploy improvements and deliver Data Analytics & Automation.
  • Create solutions with internal and external stakeholders, as well as external suppliers.
  • Advocate and position Supply Management within the Data & Automation communities in Bishop GmbH.
  • Ensure process compliance in our data models and automation solutions.
  • Explore new Data and Automation solutions and select the appropriate ones for each project.
  • Embark the organization on the usage of digital applications, Robotics, and Data.
  • Provide training concepts and knowledge to the Supply Management organization.
Requirements:
  • The ability to quickly recognize and understand technical connections and functionality.
  • Independent, structured, and result-oriented work to achieve goals on time and coordinate work processes efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills to work with contacts at all levels.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or Supply Chain/Logistics.
Experience:
  • At least 3 years of experience in Change Management, IT/Information Systems, Customer Service, or Supply Chain/Logistics.
Skills:
  • Python and SQL application knowledge.
  • Initial knowledge of SAP applications.
  • Google Workspace is an advantage.
Language Skills:
  • Business fluent in English.
