Your Contributions to the Team- Performance Evaluation: Conduct in-depth analysis of our marketplace operations to effectively guide strategic planning and implement performance enhancement initiatives.
- Reporting and Data-Driven Insights: Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting frameworks at the marketplace level to facilitate data-informed decision-making.
- Operational Excellence: Continuously monitor and assess operational performance metrics; collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize, define, and document new processes.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Engage with all departments to consistently identify performance drivers and new growth opportunities across different regions.
- Strategic Analytical Support: Assist senior management with customized reporting, business modeling, and other critical analytical functions.
- Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in business, information management, engineering, logistics, economics, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a dynamic environment such as marketplaces, e-commerce, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Proficient in data manipulation and analysis using SQL and Python; a solid understanding of Excel and data visualization tools is essential, while familiarity with R is a strong advantage.
- A proactive approach with the ability to adapt to ongoing changes and execute tasks efficiently.

- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal; proficiency in German is a plus.
