About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Freudenberg. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in French-speaking countries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to inform business decisions

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in the wire drawing industry or a related field
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of the industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in French and English, with additional languages an asset
