Senior Manager DC Wholesale Logistics

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Manager DC Wholesale Logistics to join our team at Adidas. As a key member of our Supply Chain organization, you will be responsible for leading the Wholesale Logistics team and driving strategic initiatives to optimize our distribution network.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management
- Lead and manage the Wholesale Logistics team, providing guidance and direction to ensure successful execution of business objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, productivity, and morale.
- Strategic Planning and Execution
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize our distribution network, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of business objectives.
- Operational Excellence
- Oversee the daily operations of the Wholesale Logistics team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders, shipments, and inventory management.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Communication and Collaboration
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Supply Chain, Sales, and Customer Service teams.
- Communicate effectively with external partners, including carriers, suppliers, and customers.
- Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
- Skills and Abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience in logistics and supply chain management, with a focus on wholesale distribution and operations.
