Senior Manager DC Wholesale Logistics

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our DC Wholesale Logistics team at Adidas. As a key member of our Supply Chain organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage a high-performing team of logistics professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the DC Wholesale Logistics team, ensuring seamless execution of logistics processes, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing, as well as external partners, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Forecasting and Planning: Develop and maintain accurate forecasts, and create plans to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to customers.
- Special Handling and Value-Added Services: Manage special handling and value-added services, including labeling, tagging, and RFID, to meet customer requirements and drive business growth.
- Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators, and provide insights to drive business decisions.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a management role.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership skills, and proficiency in MS Office, Power BI, and SQL.
