Student Position in Next-Gen Process Management

About the Role:
As a working student in the NEPOS Project Management team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing and streamlining our development workflows. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency of our processes.
Your Responsibilities:
- Support the project team in the evolution of processes and methodologies.
- Track and report on the progress of projects related to end-to-end process enhancement.
- Independently oversee and execute sub-projects within the broader initiative.
- Assist in the creation and implementation of a reporting and action control system for managing projects in Research & Development and Product Strategy.
- Help prepare briefing documents for stakeholders and decision-makers.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficient in both written and spoken German and English.
- Familiarity with MS Office applications.
- Organized approach to work with a passion for tackling complex challenges.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, along with creativity and determination.
- Preferably some experience in project and quality management.
