Working Student in End-to-End Process Management

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented working student to join our Project Management team at Mercedes-Benz AG. As a working student, you will play a key role in supporting our project team in the design and optimization of our development processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the project team in process and method development, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of projects.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage and realize sub-projects within the overall project, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Develop and implement a reporting and action controlling system to manage projects in Research & Development & Product Strategy & Control.
  • Contribute to the development and preparation of briefing documents for decision-makers, showcasing your excellent communication and presentation skills.

Requirements:

  • Degree in computer science, business administration, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field.
  • Fluency in written and spoken German and English.
  • Experience with MS Office and strong proficiency in Microsoft tools.
  • Structured approach to work, with a passion for complex tasks and problem-solving.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Ideal experience in project and quality management, with a keen eye for detail and process optimization.
