Drive Business Growth as a Commercial Director
Corning, a world leader in glass products, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Director to drive business growth and maximize revenue. As a key leadership position, this role requires a strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in driving revenue and profit growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Lead and manage the sales team to drive sales performance and meet sales targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of commercial initiatives.
- Conduct regular performance analysis and reporting to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior commercial role for high-tech capital investment products.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a results-oriented mindset.
